What would you compare the Rockler woodworking and hardware to?

Woodworking Plans Q and A's

Has anyone bought anything from Rockler? I found them on the web and want to make sure they have quality products. Any insite on this question will help.

    Rockler is a very reputable company. As far as what to compare them to? You might want to check out these other companies:

    http://www.woodworker.com

    All of these businesses also have store locations, so you may want to check and see if they have one near you.

    We bought our house from a fan of Rockler. He did the cabinets, slide-out drawers, newel posts, etc from Rockler and it all has a quality look and feel. He also added "leading" to the china cabinet glass and that looks good, too.

    Top of the line equipment and prices. You get what you pay for. They also have brick and mortar locations. Take money when you go there, lots of goodies to spend it on.

    i have ordered rockler items for my jewelry boxes and have had no problems…tool orders have been ok too…
