i am looking for a platform bed for my room. i have certain qualities that i am looking for.
qualities:
low ground
no stilts or posts
no headboard
full sized
a chocolate color or a dark brown
matress size?
if you know how to make one or if you find one fitting these qualities that would be very nice! thanks!

I need a website that has free wood working plans, preferably for furniture. I need the ones that show you the pieces involved in the making of the furniture, the measurements of the pieces and where they slot into place…kinda like this!

Can you push from the chair in an assisted pull up with a chair?

I can’t do regular pullups yet, but I am trying assisted pull ups with a chair. At first, I give myself a little push with my foot on the chair and do the rest with my arms. Is that okay? I don’t plan on using assistance forever, but I want to make sure it’s ok.
